“Picture of the day” On our 09h30 boat trip this morning, we came across a small group of bottlenose dolphins playing in the surf off Keurbooms Strand. After watching these animals we headed for the seal colony and came across a Brydes whale in the middle of the bay.
“Picture of the day” Another awesome trip!!! Today on our 09h30 boat trip we had a pod of Bottlenose dolphins at Keurbooms River Mouth. While some of them were feeding, the rest were playing in the surf.
“Picture of the day” On our 09h30 boat trip we were fortunate to find 4 Humpback whales. Our guests were kept entertained for 30 minutes with whales breaching ± 30 meters from the boat and playing on the surface. We will be running whale watching trips throughout December and January.

“Picture of the day” On our 09h30 boat trip we had a Southern Right whale heading south. We should still see the odd Southern Right whale coming past. After leaving this whale we headed further south to the Point of Robberg and encountered a couple of Humpback whales.
“Picture of the day” This morning at 06h30 we had a group of ±300 bottlenose dolphins in the bay. This one gave us a spectacular aerial performance on our 09h30 boat trip off Keurbooms strand. We also had 4 Humpback whales ±2 kilometers off the island off Robberg.
“Picture of the day” Today on our 09h30 boat trip we had 3 Southern Right whales 2 at First Dune, Plettenberg Bay and another 1 at Keurbooms Village. These whales were very relaxed. On our way to the Seal colony, we were entertained by the Elephant Seal who is still visiting our bay.
“Picture of the day” What an awesome sight!!! Yesterday on our 09h30 boat trip, we spotted these two Humpback whales. While en-route searching for whales, these two Humpbacks’s appeared ± 100m from the boat. They entertained us with their acrobatic movements and whale songs. “Picture of the day” Our smiling Elephant Seal is still in the bay entertaining the guests on all three boat trips today. Due to windy conditions and rough seas on the outside of the bay, we were not able to get to the Humpback whales, even though we saw them breaching far out to sea. READ MORE
