Brydes whale sightings

On Sundays 9.30 trip we had a great sighting on a pod of Humpback dolphins at Keurbooms beach. Bottlenose dolphins playing in the the surf

Bottlenose dolphins are seen throughout the year, normally along the Keurbooms beach where they play in the surf.  On our Marine Encounter trips we go down along that side of the bay to Keurbooms beach in our search for dolphins, before we head over to the Robberg Peninsula and the Cape Fur seal colony.

Township Tour Qolweni Plettenberg Bay

A day at The Pre-School in Qolweni

In South Africa we have a mix of different cultures, tracing back when people first settled in South Africa. Great White Sharks

With a Cape Fur seal colony of +-4500 animals in Plettenberg Bay, the shark population should be large too. We do have Great White sharks coming into the bay to patrol the colony and beaches for food. We especially see more of them in June-July around the Gap and Cannonball Cave area on Robberg. One READ MORE
